Common questions
The fine print, up front
- Who owns the client relationship?
- You do. White-label clients are your accounts on your brand — we never contact them, and they never see MakeAutomation. Referred clients are ours to run but stay attributed to you for commission.
- How are commissions tracked?
- Your referral link sets a 90-day attribution cookie. When a referred business becomes a client, the account is linked to your partner code, and your profile shows referred accounts with estimated earnings. We reconcile the numbers together in a monthly review.
- How do I get paid?
- Manual monthly payout while the program is early — we review attributed revenue each month and pay commissions directly. No automated payout dashboard yet, and we'd rather say that plainly than promise one.
- Is there self-serve signup?
- Not yet. Apply through the form and we set up your partner account by hand — it keeps onboarding personal and lets us tailor the setup to your agency.
